There is a partnership between HEMELINGEN, a part of the town of BREMEN in northern GERMANY and the town of TAMRA in northern ISRAEL.

Every two years since 1983 a group of people of Hemelingen meet and become friends to a partnergroup in Tamra. And the year between our friends are coming to us. Both visits are very friedly prepared. Thats the reason the visits are still going on.
